Stavanger Drone provides drone inspection, roof inspection and thermal surveys across Stavanger, Sandnes and the rest of Rogaland, Norway. The Zenmuse H30T combines 40 MP zoom and a thermal camera — findings documented with coordinates, imagery and a structured report, no lift or scaffolding.
Roof inspection without a lift
The drone documents the entire roof in a fraction of the time a manual roof check takes — no lift, no scaffolding, no work at height. The zoom camera captures detail down to individual tiles, and the thermal camera reveals moisture, thermal bridges and insulation faults invisible in ordinary photos. We inspect everything from single-family homes to commercial buildings and industrial plants.
For housing co-operatives and condominiums
The board gets a concrete basis for decisions: documented condition of roof and façade, annotated findings with imagery and coordinates, and recommendations on what should be fixed. The report is ready for the board meeting — and for collecting precise quotes from contractors without extensive site visits.
Solar installations and power lines
Hot spots in solar panels only show under load — so we fly thermal surveys while the plant is producing and mark every faulty cell with coordinates. On power lines and towers we document damage and hot spots with zoom and thermal from a safe distance, without an outage.
